A collaborative space to understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move toward what matters.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on curiosity, compassion, and trust. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported as you explore your experiences, reconnect with what matters, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

A different way of approaching therapy.

Letโ€™s work together to explore ways of building a deeper, more meaningful connection with yourself and others. Drawing on approaches informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), weโ€™ll focus on helping you feel more present in your life and more confident in your ability to experience the full range of your emotions.

Along the way, weโ€™ll clarify what truly matters to you so you can make choices that feel intentional and aligned with who you are.

Changing your relationship with difficult experiences.

Therapy isnโ€™t about eliminating difficult thoughts or feelings. Instead, itโ€™s about changing your relationship with them so they have less influence over your life. Together, weโ€™ll work on developing psychological flexibilityโ€”learning how to stay present, make space for discomfort, and take meaningful steps guided by your values.

A perspective shaped by curiosity and problem-solving

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I studied engineering, an experience that continues to shape how I understand the challenges people face. It fostered an appreciation for the patterns, pressures, and broader systems that influence our lives. This perspective helps me approach therapy with both curiosity and practicality, supporting clients as they make sense of complex experiences and navigate change.

Creating space for meaningful change

I offer a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity about what matters most, and develop practical skills for navigating life's challenges. Whether you are seeking support for grief, anxiety, burnout, workplace stress, or a significant life transition, therapy can help you move forward with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-understanding.

Walking alongside you as you navigate growth, healing, and change.

Start Where You Are

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. A complimentary phone consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, share a little about what you're looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
