Working Together

Let’s work together to explore ways of building a deeper, more meaningful connection with yourself and others. Drawing on approaches informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll focus on helping you feel more present in your life and more confident in your ability to experience the full range of your emotions. Along the way, we’ll clarify what truly matters to you so you can make choices that feel intentional and aligned with who you are.

Therapy isn’t about eliminating difficult thoughts or feelings. Instead, it’s about changing your relationship with them so they have less influence over your life. Together, we’ll work on developing psychological flexibility—learning how to stay present, make space for discomfort, and take meaningful steps guided by your values.

I offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Trust is something we build together over time, and therapy can be a place to gently make sense of what feels heavy or stuck, while gaining clarity about what matters most and how you want to move forward.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and periods of change or uncertainty. If you find yourself feeling stuck between where you are and a desire for something different, therapy can offer support, insight, and a path toward a more grounded and meaningful way of living.
