Working Together

Let’s work together to explore ways of building a deeper, more meaningful connection with yourself and others. Drawing on approaches informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll focus on helping you feel more present in your life and more confident in your ability to experience the full range of your emotions. Along the way, we’ll clarify what truly matters to you so you can make choices that feel intentional and aligned with who you are.

Therapy isn’t about eliminating difficult thoughts or feelings. Instead, it’s about changing your relationship with them so they have less influence over your life. Together, we’ll work on developing psychological flexibility—learning how to stay present, make space for discomfort, and take meaningful steps guided by your values.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I studied engineering, an experience that continues to shape how I understand the challenges people face. It fostered an appreciation for the patterns, pressures, and broader systems that influence our lives. This perspective helps me approach therapy with both curiosity and practicality, supporting clients as they make sense of complex experiences and navigate change.

I offer a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity about what matters most, and develop practical skills for navigating life's challenges. Whether you are seeking support for grief, anxiety, burnout, workplace stress, or a significant life transition, therapy can help you move forward with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-understanding.
