Therapy for the challenges you're carrying

Therapy can provide a space to better understand your experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

What brings you to therapy?

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes there is a specific challenge they want to work through. Other times, they simply know that the way they've been coping no longer feels sustainable.

I work with individuals in Ontario navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, perfectionism, and life transitions.

Anxiety

When your mind feels constantly busy, it can be difficult to feel present. Therapy can help you understand your anxiety, relate differently to anxious thoughts, and create more space for the life you want to live.

Burnout

When you've spent a long time pushing through, meeting expectations, and carrying responsibility, exhaustion can begin to feel unavoidable. Therapy can help you reconnect with your needs, values, and a way of living that feels more sustainable.

Stress

When life begins to feel like a constant cycle of demands, it can become difficult to slow down and recharge. Therapy can help you understand what is contributing to your stress and find more sustainable ways of moving forward.

Life Transitions

Change can bring uncertainty, even when it is something you've chosen. Therapy can help you navigate new chapters, reconnect with yourself, and find your footing during times of transition.

Perfectionism

High standards and a strong sense of responsibility can be valuable strengths. Therapy can help you explore when these patterns become limiting and create more flexibility in how you relate to yourself.

Grief

Grief can affect much more than how we feel. It can impact our identity, relationships, and sense of the future. Therapy can provide a space to process loss while adjusting to life after change.

What can you expect from therapy?

Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially if you've spent a long time being the person who handles things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore what's been weighing on you.

You don’t have to wait to feel better to start living a meaningful life—together, we can begin right where you are.

Not sure if therapy is the right fit?

A complimentary consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and explore whether working together feels right.
