Psychotherapy for Youth
$180.00

Adolescence can be a time of significant change, pressure, and self-discovery. Youth may experience challenges related to anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, emotional overwhelm, identity, or navigating school and life transitions. Individual therapy offers a supportive and non-judgmental space where youth can explore their experiences, build coping skills, strengthen self-understanding, and feel more supported in managing life’s challenges.

Psychotherapy for Adults
$180.00

Life can feel demanding and overwhelming at times, especially when navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Individual therapy offers a supportive, collaborative space to slow down, explore your experiences, and better understand what you’re going through. Together, we work toward building insight, coping strategies, and a clearer sense of direction rooted in what matters most to you.

You don’t have to wait to feel better to start living a meaningful life—together, we can begin right where you are.

The Therapy Process

FAQs

  • I’m currently accepting new clients 16 and older who are navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, grief, self-esteem challenges, or relationship difficulties. If you’re feeling torn between wanting to move forward and wanting to hold back, therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to gently explore that tension and discover a path that feels right for you.

  • Life can be busy, so I aim to make scheduling therapy as flexible and convenient as possible. I offer in-person sessions for clients in Sudbury, Ontario, as well as virtual sessions for clients across the province. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, and we’ll work together to find a frequency that fits your schedule. Many clients find it helpful to meet weekly or every other week at the start of therapy, gradually spacing sessions further apart as life begins to feel more manageable.

  • I offer in-person and virtual sessions on Wednesdays, along with evening and weekend appointments held virtually for clients who can’t take time off during the day. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days, so getting started is as simple and stress-free as possible.

  • If you’re unsure about starting therapy, I offer a brief consultation to answer your questions and see if we might be a good fit. This is a low-pressure way to explore whether therapy feels right for you.

  • If you’re ready to get started—or just curious—you’re welcome to reach out by phone or email. Taking this first step can feel daunting, but you don’t need to have all the answers—simply reaching out is a step toward clarity and support.

What to expect from a session

Life can be busy, so I aim to make scheduling therapy as flexible and convenient as possible. I offer in-person sessions for clients in Sudbury, Ontario, as well as virtual sessions for clients across the province. My fee for a 50‑minute session is $180. I understand that therapy can be a financial commitment, and I offer sliding scale options for a limited number of clients—please reach out to discuss if this would be helpful.

Many extended health insurance plans cover all or part of the cost of therapy, and I can provide receipts for reimbursement. I encourage clients to review their insurance coverage in advance to confirm the details.

If you have any questions about fees or insurance, you’re welcome to contact me—I’m happy to help you figure out what works best for your situation.
